  LGCM Annual General Meeting / Conference! 12 - 14th April 2002

From Friday April 12 - Sunday April 14 the LGCM 26th Annual Conference took place at the St. Alban's Centre, Holborn, London. The Keynote Speaker was Alex Wright, the author of "Why Bother with Theology?", who delivered an address entitled "Sexy theology: radical publishing for the new millennium".

LGCM's AGM took place at the same time.

  Adoption — MPs Briefing Document April 2002

Unmarried couples, whether heterosexual and homosexual, are not allowed to adopt jointly. An amendment to the Adoption and Children Bill will make this possible. We believe this validates the families children are adopted into, confirming that those families will be permanent, secure and loving.
