Services of Blessing for Same-Sex Couples
We are able to help you make arrangements for a Blessing on your relationship. We supply the name of a minister or priest with whom you can discuss your request directly and provide a certificate which you may use to commemorate the occasion.

Blessings Discussed (Word Document)

We offer a choice of two options.

Option A
We provide only the certificate and the name of a person to contact. Once we receive payment you will be contacted again.
[For current National LGCM members this fee is waived.]
Cost £20.00 (cheques/PO's payable to LGCM)

Option B
We provide the certificate, the name of a person to contact AND a copy of a very useful book [Equal Rites: Lesbian and Gay Worship, Ceremonies and Celebrations] which will help you plan your service - it will give you many ideas, including how to plan and structure the event; choices for readings, prayers etc.

Once we receive payment you will be contacted again. Cost £35.00 inc p&p(cheques/PO's payable to LGCM)

Regrettably we cannot avoid covering our costs in this way. I do hope you will understand. We strongly urge you to leave the final choice of a date for the event until after you have contacted the minister/priest. We cannot guarantee the contact will be local, but we will try our best to find someone as near as possible to where you live.
