Hello, and welcome to the page for Birmingham Area LGCM Group.
We are a friendly and accepting group of people who meet together to try to work out what it means to be different in a world which likes us to categorise our faith, sexuality or gender.
We aim to help each other along wherever we are in our journeys of (mainly christian) faith, and whatever label we might want to put on our beliefs or sexual orientation/s.

There are times when we have questions about spirituality, our relationships with churches, our families, and friends and what the bible really means.
There are also times when we hotly debate whether we should eat curry or chinese food, what film to go and see, who ate all the best biscuits, the finer points of who might go up in the premiership, who we are supporting on ‘Strictlty Come Dancing’ and what to put on the next programme of events…….. which happily we have now sorted out ….
We welcome enquiries from anyone who would like to know more about the group or would like to come to an event. If you prefer to meet one or two of us before coming to an event we can try to meet you a bit earlier so you don’t have to come along on your own.

We usually have two meetings per month one on the first Friday of the month and another on or around the 20th of the month.
We have a variety of events, some in each others homes and some in other venues around Birmingham and beyond.
Evening Meetings start at 8 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
